Early Years Foundation Stage - Learning Through Play

We follow themes that the children are interested in, encouraging parents and children to contribute with ideas allowing for a diverse curriculum, where each child makes a positive contribution.

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage which supports each child in their learning and development. Children benefit from our group learning as well as small group work and one to one learning.

We are a pack away setting which allows us to provide different resources and activities inside and out each day.

We recognise that each child has their own unique style of learning. We offer exciting learning opportunities to enable them to make good progress.

We work closely with our families to make them feel welcome and part of our pre-school and the events we offer.

- Staff offer children extensive and exciting opportunities to learn.

- Children's behaviour is impeccable. They are incredibly kind, helpful, polite and considerate of each other. Children demonstrate an excellent understanding of the highest standards of behaviour, rules and expectations, which they have developed with the staff.

- Children are extremely confident, settled and happy. Staff are exemplary role models and have developed caring and fun relationships with children.
